Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Types of Bookings: Project Estimates: Free consultations to assess project scope and provide preliminary estimates. Service Contracts: Formal agreements for specific construction services (e.g., renovations, new builds, installations, additions). Maintenance Agreements: Contracts for ongoing maintenance or repair work. Deposits and Payments: Project Estimates: No deposit required. Service Contracts: A percentage of the total project cost due upon signing the contract as a non-refundable deposit. A percentage of the total project cost is due upon signing the contract as a non-refundable deposit. Progress payments based on project milestones or a predetermined schedule. Final payment due upon project completion and client approval. Maintenance Agreements: Monthly or quarterly payments depending on the frequency of service. Scheduling and Lead Times: Project start dates are subject to availability and may require lead time for planning, permitting, and material procurement. Clients will be provided with estimated start dates and updated on any changes. Cancellation Policies Project Estimates: No cancellation fee as these are non-binding. Service Contracts: Client Cancellation: Notice period required (30 days) before the scheduled start date. Forfeiture of deposit if canceled within a specified timeframe (7 days) before the start date. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and expenses incurred. Company Cancellation: Rare, but may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refund of deposit and any payments made. Assistance in finding alternative contractors if possible. Maintenance Agreements: Cancellation with a specified notice period (30 days). Waitlist Policies Priority: Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added. Notification: Clients will be notified as soon as a suitable opening becomes available. Acceptance: Clients have a limited time (48 hours) to accept the offered slot before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure the spot upon accepting the offer. Additional Considerations: Change Orders: Clearly define the process for requesting and approving changes to the project scope and the potential impact on project timelines and costs. Dispute Resolution: Establish a process for addressing any disputes that may arise during the course of a project or service agreement.
